POF 12+4 Port Smart Switch 1 Gbps - Gigabit Ethernet With the POF 12+4 port switch a POF home network could be established. The switch can be used in multiple ways. Beside the 12 POF interfaces also two common RJ45 interfaces and two SFP interfaces can be found. So, up to two network devices can be connected to the POF network without the need of an additional media converters and with the SFP interfaces multiple switches can be connected with high efficiency. The switch supports QoS mechanism and is ready to use without further configuration. The web interface and the console port allow the configuration for information flow control. Because of the use of standardized IP protocols, the switch is compatible to all other network devices. Main features are high data rate up to 1 Gbps and low power consumption.
Area of application:
The POF 12+4 Port Gigabit Switch is suitable for big home- and office networks with the need for high information rates and extended management options. In combination with OMS 1021 UP-GIG it is possible to provide a network connection in up to 12 rooms. In big home networks the switch can also be used without the need for additional configuration.
