This set with 2 media converters optically transmit over the POF network cable an electrical network signal.

Often the internet entry point in the appartment or house is not where services are needed. With the POF Starter Kit network cable connection can easily be established. Since the thin, flexible Plastic Optical Fibre (POF) cable is non conductive, it can be installed easily anywhere in the building. Even through the tubes of the electrical installation.
